Critical zero-day-gap in Log4j (CVE-2021-44228) compromises numerous servers and apps. We have checked our software and services for this - our products PAVE and DYVE are NOT affected. Our customers' data is safe!

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Our PAVE project room allows intelligent, transparent exchange of project-related information from the outset. Through planning and administration, change orders are reduced in all areas and the efficiency of building projects is improved significantly.

Why BIM?

Building projects can be managed successfully through a digital process

BIM is a method of networking project-related information for transparent planning and management of construction projects. The benefits to you? Greater effectiveness in achieving the overall objective in relation to cost certainty and compliance with deadlines. The method supports all the parties involved in the construction work in efficient completion of the project.

Are you considering using the BIM method in your company or your forthcoming projects? Our PAVE project room is ideally equipped!

PAVE project room AS BIM-COMPLIANT CDE

PAVE project room is a Common Data Environment (CDE) according to ISO EN DIN 19650 for representing your construction project according to BIM Level 2. IN PAVE plans can be given status and linked to models. PAVE also offers an Online Viewer that can display BIM models (.ifc) in the browser.

THE PAVE BCF-VIEWER

For efficient collaboration

The BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) enables different BIM applications to communicate model-based problems with each other by using common IFC models. This facilitates the exchange and cooperation between all those involved in the project.

In PAVE you can see all information about the BCF file, such as title, date, status, priority, description, and a screenshot from the BIM model. If a model is referenced and linked in the BCF file, it can be displayed directly in the project room.

In addition, automatic workflows can be set up for better control of BCF files. In this way, those involved in the project are informed directly about changes. Among other things, tracking can be set up, comments can be made or a deadline can be set.

Who supports BIM?

Worldwide distribution of BIM guidelines

Based on experience of BIM methodology at home and abroad, the “STEP-BY-STEP PLAN FOR BIM IN GERMANY” has been established here. This provides for consistency of application in public projects.

Applying the method and acquiring the skills also seems advisable for those involved in planning large private projects.
